INTRODUCTION

You may access all areas of the Website without registering with History Interactive. By accessing any part of the Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must leave the Website immediately. You are permitted to print and download extracts from the Website for your own use to your personal computer or on the following basis:

(a) No documents or related graphics on the Website are modified in any way; (b) No graphics on the Website are used separately from the corresponding text.

You may not misuse the Website. Access to the Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond History Interactive control.

 

 

LICENSE

Once purchased, our resources are for use with your class to your own school laptop, classroom computers or computers in an ICT suite. You can display and/or run online resources on your interactive whiteboard or projector.

 

ORDERING

You can view details of any of our products online, with no obligation to buy. When you are ready to buy, click ‘How to order' and you will be directed to the PayPal site where you can pay via a PayPal account. Alternatively you can contact us by email, fax or phone to make your purchase. We do not send  our resources on ‘inspection’.

  

You can pay by cheque if ordering by post.

  

If ordering on behalf of a school with the online ordering form, flyer, LEA/Council order form or by telephone, invoices must be paid within 7 days.

 

SECURITY
Shopping on our web site is totally secure; all credit card payments are conducted through the secure PayPal payment gateway and your credit card details are never seen by History Interactive.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

You can download sample pages from the available learning modules. History Interactive does not operate a returns policy for purchased software. In the unlikely event that a CD delivered by post is defective when you receive it you can return it to us for a replacement.
